This weeks loves- In Accessories!!!!

So Fashion week(s) are officially over, and I have been examining a few of my favourite designers, for example Margiela, Raf Simmons, Prada, and Band of outsiders.
Overall it feels as though the recession is lifting, however there has been rumours of a continuation or third leg of this awful financial crisis (I don't claim to be that knowledgeable in this subject but I do keep an eye on it as I think it's important too).

Interesting trend like the ceasing of relentless collaborations, and bold colours and fun prints have prevailed. However one collaboration does excite me. That is the Sophia Coppola and Louis Vuitton accessories line.

This collection is soft, refined and elegant, as often women's travel ranges can be very easily mistaken for men's ranges, which I am not saying is a bad thing, however sometimes (in this age of masculinity) it is quite a change to have some classic feminine pieces in the closet to womanise those ratty brogues you've been wearing all season or as to just to put a smile on your face.
This bag for me is an ultimate medium size bag, the reality of what every women really needs. These super sized "it" bags or the Rachel Zoe era are not good practice for health or a realistic life, especially in a city domain. Therefore I believe the medium sized bag is what we should all aim for (I am not prescribing this, just merely recommending!)

A softer look to both photography and accessories give the femininity I talked about!

In conclusion I am now currently aiming for my ideals of perfection in fashion. This will probably start with the quest for the perfect medium sized bag and end with good quality knitwear!

See you later alligator! Hopefully not without a smile crocodile!
